Volkswagen Service booking
In an attempt to convert more visits to Volkswagen's website into service bookings, I was assigned to redesign the booking form from ground up, focusing on making things easier for VW's mobile visitors.
My initial thought was to challange the existing somewhat conservative and restricted CI, while maintaining a calm and professional look/feel. Everything was build with a Jekyll/Bootstrap prototype, with a minimum use of Photoshop.

Semler car dealers
The massive custom build car dealer project, involving more than 300 websites, 17 car brands and multiple portal designs, I helped design and build in 2009, needed a design and functionality overhaul. Focusing on making all websites responsive, Bootstrap was chosen as the front-end framework.

- Updating designs to put emphasis on certain key services and call-to-actions.
- Updating all brand templates to Bootstrap markup and restyling everything from ground up
- Building Jekyll prototypes inside the .NET project, to allow the programmers to access the design assets (images, CSS, JS) directly without having to move things everytime changes were made.
- Building a responsive menu structure to support the 3 levels of pages.
- Updating form designs by consolidating and cleaning up the old ones, with the main purpose of having better conversion rates on key services.

SEAT.dk - Front-end development tutoring

Vivino

In this project I designed an online identity for the Briza Maxima girls. Working closely together with Briza Maxima, doing mindmaps and trying my best to get all the girls ideas down on paper, I managed to come up with a design that would represent the girls and their process of working.

Skoda Denmark
Skoda made a quick 'n' dirty implementation of the new CI on skoda.dk because of a tight deadline and hired me to make a thorough review and re-implementation of the the HTML, CSS and JavaScript and give advice on how to optimize certain areas of the site.

Semler Group (Scandinavian Motor Co.)
The project was a ground up redesign of an old web based application maintaining the websites of the 250+ car dealers associated to Semler Group (VW).
I was responsible for designing portal- and public brand sites for 13 car brands, and implementing 25 HTML based templates pr. brand. Furthermore a new CMS/admin system was designed and implemented specially for this project.
Scrum and Agile methods were used in this project. The development team consisted of 2 developers and 1 designer (DAS).

CBS Students
Designing a new website/web identity for CBS Students, and preparing the design for a Drupal implementation later on.
Working closely together with the CBS student board of 8 people, using short release cycles to ensure client satisfaction and prevent any misunderstandings.

- Identifying the requirements of the site (purpose, style and functionality), acting as an advisor on the structuring of the site

The project involved redesigning/skinning Telefaction's telemarketing web application UI for Danske Bank, with a design resembling the Danske Bank CI.

Rojabo
The purpose of the project was to develop an online web application for creating personalized training programs for ordinary and enthusiastic rowers, based on the Rojabo fitness models and methods used by the Danish national rowing team, including fitness progress tests and training plans based on goal setting.
The development team consisted of 3 developers and 1 designer (DAS). Scrum and Agile methods were used during the project.

When BP was redesigning their website, I was hired to give advice on how to convert the new design to HTML based templates, including simplifying the design and doing the initial conversion, making example files and the CSS foundation.
